Eco Church at St Oswald’s is our church community’s commitment to reducing our carbon footprint and increasing biodiversity. Put simply, it is acknowledging our part in the climate and nature crises, and taking action for good.
Our activities are diverse, ranging from monitoring our energy use, to switching to gentle detergents, to monitoring butterflies. And we have an ambitious plan to improve the efficiency of our buildings, to design out waste and to plant for birds and pollinators.
We encourage all ages and backgrounds to join us in this work.
