6 annually is efficient in some ways but only works if contributors get copy and artwork in sufficiently early to be fair to editors, and if editors are willing to include/promote events just beyond that edition. Example: A May 3 fundraiser should be promoted in a March-April edition, it is way too late to start promoting May 3rd in the May – June edition (which often goes out late). In this same example I got artwork in by Feb 10, but my artwork was excluded from the March – April edition so my event missed vital exposure. Jodie
