The minimum number of issues is perhaps four, linked to the church seasons?
Advent, Christmas/Winter, with event details agreed at November PCCs
Lent, Easter, AGMs/Spring, with event details agreed at January PCCs
Summer, with details of new PCCs, concerts, churchyard events
‘Back to School’, Harvest, All Saints, Remembrance/Autumn, with event details agreed at September PCCs
